•Delivery Freight Service will be a curbside delivery: This means the furthest the driver can place the item(s) will be inside of a garage. He/she will not be able to go up any steps, around or through the house to get to the garage. If the driveway is longer than 100 feet or otherwise not accessible, the driver will not be able to place the item(s) in the garage as well. All Deliveries require a signature. If you do not provide a contact number where you can be reached for delivery service to contact you your shipment will be held in their storage unit up to two days then additional fees will be charged to you to hold items. (For certain exception situations) You will also be responsible for items shipped back to my shop and then reshipped to you at additional charges so please leave tele phone number, cell number or email so delivery freight can contact you upon arrival.
Please note that the delivery freight service will call you to schedule delivery time. You must be available and home for the delivery freight to deliver and you have to sign for your package. If they make several attempts and there is no response on your end there will be are reshipment fee back to you for $200 that you will be responsible for. If they make the decision to send it back to me there is a charge of $200 that I will incur and there will be no refund to you.

❉ All sales are FINAL due to being them large items custom and non-custom orders..
❉ Damaged Shipment Exception: If item is damaged during transit please be do not accept delivery and do not sign for package, refuse package upon delivery. I can then start a claim. If a damaged package is accepted without a complete inspection no claim can be made, no refunds - no returns - no money back - no discount.
