Tool Box Dresser, Toolbox dressers are all NEW BUILDS and custom painted. I paint these dressers using a metallic paint to look like a metal tool box.
You can choose your color combo -
with or without casters (wheels) - painted diamond plate design with silver wood trim. To open the drawers you pull out the drawers from underneath where there is a hidden lip for your hands/fingers to pull open.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not select a color selection for your dresser the first picture color red base with black drawers and silver trim on casters, diamond plate designs on side and between the drawers , will be the dresser you will receive.
